This residential scheme comprises three, three bedroom flats each with a floor area of 85 sqm, and offices at ground floor and basement level totalling 210sqm. As the client decided to lease the building to a local RSL the scheme therefore had to comply with the standards of the association.

The scheme was designed in accordance with the new Part E Robust Standard Details to avoid on site sound testing. This proved to be an extremely efficient way of achieving compliance.
