Chatham Odeon Keyworker Housing
The Chatham Odeon had long been the main cinema along Chatham High Street. With the recent demand for affordable housing and the dilapidated condition of the Odeon Cinema it was decided that the existing building would be demolished and the site redeveloped. Imperial Gate is a mixed use development consisting of 55 keyworker flats, a direct access hostel and retail unit, with a construction value of £5.5 Million.

Abingdon & Benson
Following earlier commissions from the Council including multi storey block improvements, concierge schemes and the full refurbishment of the nearby Grade II Listed Leopold Buildings, Floyd Slaski Partnership became the appointed architect for the comprehensive external refurbishment of two Grade II listed buildings.

Evelyn Estate, Lewisham
Evelyn & Sayes Court estate occupies an area of 38.5 acres in the heart of Deptford, one of the most economically and socially deprived areas of London. By analysing the known problems, and through exhaustive tenant consultation exercises Floyd Slaski Partnership produced a multifaceted range of proposals for regenerating the estate.

Leopold Buildings
The Scheme, produced in association with English Heritage, was for the complete refurbishment of this Grade II listed Victorian tenement block for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Ujima Housing Association.
