Suzanne joined Floyd Slaski Architects as Associate Director and Education Sector Lead, bringing over 20 years of experience in architectural practice, focusing on education and community projects, as well as business management and development.

Suzanne is skilled in all stages of project development, from concept to completion. She brings teams and stakeholders together in an open, collaborative way, leveraging her interpersonal skills to foster shared purpose and innovation. She has led significant projects, both in the UK and internationally, including The Rausing Science Centre, King’s School Canterbury and the Broadstone Academy, Shenzhen, China.

Suzanne’s sector experience spans primary, secondary, further, and higher education facilities. She combines strategic vision with practical leadership, ensuring projects exceed expectations while maintaining high standards of quality.

Suzanne also drives business development, drawing on her network of educational institutions, developers, and contractors to identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives that expand the practice.
