At Floyd Slaski Architects our primary asset is our staff. In the same way that we invest in design details which first greet our building users, it is our staff who provide that friendly and competent face of our service on a day-to-day basis.

Every staff-member’s experience is important to us, and we are a practice constantly enriched by this diversity. As a team we share knowledge and take educational support seriously, organising ourselves to ensure each project is director-led, has competent technical input and keen trainee architects. We enjoy maintaining an ethos of sharing both challenges and successes, of airing our thoughts and encouraging others to follow-suit.
