Grade II Listed house in a Conservation Area underwent a major refurbishment of all five story’s with extensions (mostly underground) increasing the internal gross area from 700 m2 to 1400 m2.

The subterranean works to a depth of 9 meters under the garden involved major engineering and waterproofing works to provide swimming pool, gymnasium, changing rooms, lift and ancillary areas.
