Iain Wadham - Previous Practice
69 Grosvenor Street

An un-listed Georgian Townhouse development delivered by Iain Wadham through ESA architects for Grosvenor. This project, occurring next door to Grosvenor’s HQ, entailed the substantial re-modelling of the original house, its prominent mews (accommodating a Victorian Ladies’ Ballroom), and clearing piecemeal infill construction between them to insert a contemporary glazed link infill. Delivered to BREEAM excellent, this project was seen as Grosvenor’s first boutique office development, blurring the base-build into a CAT B fit-out to launch as a high-end residential-feel workplace.
